Business Life Cycle

Just as we have a life cycle our business have one too.  Do you know what part of the life cycle your business is in?  Understanding what is coming or what you need to do could be the key to your business growth in either sales or profit.

"Just a 1% improvement in your business every month will soon change your life"

Crystal Petzer of The Alternative Board Franchisee  TAB Northern Beaches / Pittwater.

A little about Crystal....

Crystal’s enduring enthusiasm for pursuing every opportunity that life presents commenced after emigrating to Australia as a teenager, then becoming one of Caltex’s first female franchisees.

Founded on evaluating and successfully embracing calculated commercial risks, her diverse career continues to realise bountiful results, and she has said “ I have become almost too well-versed in those “what-the-hell-am-I-doing moments” we are all occasionally plagued with throughout our business lives.”

Crystal now finds true rewards from applying her legitimate business acumen to others who can’t always be sure what is best and what they should do next.

Together, together with Crystal you can review and refine your core business and marketing fundamentals, apply them to every practical alternative to determine how you can reliably come out on top.

Crystals intent is to help you reach peaks & profits you never considered possible, through a critical and constructive analysis encompassing your entire business plan, with you as its principal – the person with the vision and genuine aspirations to realise your enterprises’ full potential.
